Gather the following materials. We've linked to our suggested choices, but feel free to substitute!
- Sidewalk Chalk
- Measuring Tape
Get Moving
Demonstrate how to do frog jumps, outside if possible. Encourage your kiddo to try short jumps, medium jumps, and long jumps. Use sidewalk chalk and measuring tape to mark and measure the lengths of the jumps.
