Go on a nature walk, and collect items that represent the season.Instructions

Gather the following materials. We've linked to our suggested choices, but feel free to substitute!

Get Moving
Take a long walk with your tot, skipping, hopping, running along the way. Throughout your journey, try to find natural items that represent the season: things like fall leaves, winter snow, spring flowers, or summer sand. Encourage your tot to collect items in a bucket, if possible, to observe more closely when you get home.
